Ajay Security has absorbed the legal structure for all verticals and businesses in India and got registered under the ROC as Pvt ltd firm as per the administration of the company act 2013. The Registrar of Companies has issued a new certificate of incorporation with the name of the company as “ZB Security and Allied Services Pvt Ltd” and this change is effective from 10/07/2022.
